As thePacking & Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll oversee warehousing, storage and dispatch of cotton lint, seed and grain while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and biosecurity. You'll also maintain DAFF accreditations, perform hands‑on fumigation activities and act as the primary onsite liaison for compliance.

As thePacking & Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll oversee warehousing, storage and dispatch of cotton lint, seed and grain while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and biosecurity. You'll also maintain DAFF accreditations,
perform hands‑on fumigation activities and act as the primary onsite liaison for compliance.
What You'll Do
- Manage warehouse operations including receival, storage, handling and dispatch
- Perform fumigation and treatment activities in line with DAFF requirements
- Maintain compliance, records and accreditations
- Support logistics, container loading and scheduling
- Contribute to improved procedures, safety initiatives and operational efficiency
What You'll Bring
- Experience in warehousing, logistics or commodity handling
- Understanding of biosecurity and regulatory compliance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- DAFF Authorised Officer accreditation (or ability to obtain)
- Fumigation accreditation/licence (or ability to obtain)
- Forklift licence and driver's licence
