The Senior Project Manager is responsible to the Program Manager in the planning and successful delivery of the Program. This involves leading project teams, managing resources, communicating with stakeholders, and mitigating risks.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for management of Rohde & Schwarz Australia delivery of the Program to time, cost and quality (TCQ).
In this role, you will:
Manage all project activities and risk ensuring achievement of all project objectives and milestones.
Lead the project team including engineers, technicians and project support staff to create revenue through managing and coordinating projects to TCQ.
Conduct regular project performance reviews to ensure the project is on track.
Develop costings, proposals and plans for Contract Change Proposals (CCPs).
Collaborate with Sales, Service and other functions to generate value for our customers.
Develop and continually improve stakeholder relationships including internal and external customers and suppliers.
Manage customer relations related to information, deliveries, reviews, contract amendments, and claims.
Drive results by showing initiative and achieving results reliably, with broad perspective, pragmatism and persistence.
What you will bring:
Bachelor of Engineering, or similar.
Recognition as a Project Management Practitioner
Previously delivered projects with value greater than $10 M
Acquisition project delivery and ASDEFCON experience
Exposure to Earned Value Management methods
Project Organisation Management
Project Planning and reporting
Project Monitoring and Control
Contract Management incl Change Management
Subcontractor Management incl Subcontract Definition & Head Contract Alignment
Compliance with corporate processes and procedures
