Brand Manager | $90 - $100 per hour + Super | 2-3 Month Contract | North Sydney Based

We are currently working with a well-established player in the professional skincare/cosmeceuticals space, who is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to step in on a temporary/casual basis while they finalise a permanent hire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, commercially-focused business and make an immediate impact.

The Role:

Reporting into the CEO, you'll provide interim brand leadership across a portfolio brand, keeping momentum on brand strategy, clinic partnerships, and campaign delivery during the transition period.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and execute existing brand plans and marketing calendars
- Support clinic partnership activity — activation, training participation, campaign adoption
- Oversee delivery of in-flight integrated campaigns across clinic, social, events and traditional channels




- Keep new product launch timelines and cross-functional coordination on track
- Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships (Sales, Education, Operations, external agencies/suppliers)
- Report on campaign performance and marketing budget tracking
- Provide a smooth handover brief for the incoming permanent hire

About You:

- Solid multi-brand marketing/brand management experience (5+ years), ideally B2B or clinic/professional channel exposure
- Comfortable stepping into an existing strategy/calendar without needing to build from scratch
- Robust stakeholder management skills, able to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up
- Cosmetic, skincare, health/wellbeing or FMCG background highly regarded
