About The Role
Lowes Petroleum is seeking an organised and customer-focused Depot Administrator to join our Bundaberg team. This permanent part-time position offers 22.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, providing excellent work-life balance while still allowing you to play a key role in supporting our depot operations. Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative, customer service and inventory-related tasks that help keep our depot running smoothly. As part of this role, you will also undertake forklift operations and assist with warehouse activities, creating a diverse position that combines office administration with hands‑on operational support.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to depot operations
- Assist with inventory control, stock management and stock movements
- Complete daily retail reconciliations and reporting
- Assist with end‑of‑month reconciliation processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support compliance, safety and operational procedures
- Provide relief coverage for the Lubricant Delivery Driver when required
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the depot
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in administration, customer service or office support
- A current MR (Medium Rigid) Licence will be considered highly regarded, but not required
- A current forklift licence
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive approach and strong problem-solving ability
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-focused attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
- The ability to work across both administrative and operational tasks when required
