The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an RTO Administrator who is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the training team members utilising HIA’s operating systems.
This role assists in the administration of contractual requirements for funding and grant opportunities to meet both budget targets and operational requirements. This role is a full time permanent opportunity located in any of our Australian offices.
The Role The RTO Administrator provides operational and administrative support by ensuring the compliant data entry, record keeping and reporting of student enrolments and HIA courses as per ASQA, HIA and Funding contract requirements.
This position will ideally suit someone who can operate with a reasonable amount of autonomy, initiative, and independent decision-making.
Key duties of this role are:
- Ensure customer service standards are being achieved and exceeded at all times
- Maintain and update VETtrak with all HIA student course requirements.
- Create compliant and accurate data entry for student enrolments, funding contracts, resulting, attendance, scheduling, invoicing, award issuance
- Monitor HIA website to ensure currency and compliance
- Complete accurate monthly funding uploads to ensure payment of funds
- Communicate effectively with national training team to ensure prompt rectification of identified non-compliances
The Successful Person will have
- RTO administration experience
- Strong skills in Microsoft office suite
- Experience in the use of student management systems eg. VETtrak
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment highly desirable
- Understanding of ASQA standards + RTO compliance highly desirable
- Strong focus on customer service
