About The Role Role Location: North Fremantle Role Type: Full Time The Safety, Health and Sustainability (SHS) Coordinator provides practical SHS support, education and advice to operational leaders and frontline teams to help Qube achieve Zero Harm. The role supports implementation of the SHS management system, operational risk management, incident response, assurance activities and compliance with legislative, client and Qube requirements.

What your role at Qube will look like: Promoting a positive safety culture and supporting operational leaders and frontline teams to achieve Zero Harm

Facilitating risk assessments, hazard identification activities and reviews of safe work procedures

Supporting incident reporting, investigations, corrective action management and injury management processes

Conducting workplace inspections, safety observations and critical control verifications





Completing assurance activities to ensure compliance with Qube standards, client requirements and legislative obligations

Maintaining SHS records, reporting systems and performance data, including incidents, audits, inspections and training records

Supporting onboarding, inductions, safety training and competency verification activities

Assisting with environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives and environmental incident prevention activities

Participating in toolbox talks, safety meetings, audits, management reviews and continuous improvement initiatives What You Can Bring To Qube Experience in a Safety, Health & Sustainability, HSE, WHS or related coordination role

Knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management principles and incident investigation processes

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence secure work practices

Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with frontline employees, supervisors and contractors

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and reporting capability

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems A proactive, hands-on approach and commitment to continuous improvement
