Supporting Business Development Managers and Account Managers with loan applications from OnDeck’s broker network

Managing applications from submission through to settlement stage

Working closely with brokers, customers, credit and underwriting teams to progress deals efficiently

Following up on leads and maintaining an active daily pipeline

Collecting and reviewing supporting documentation required for funding

Keeping brokers and customers updated throughout the application process

Assessing deals, identifying potential risks or issues, and helping structure solutions to get deals across the line

Handling objections with confidence and professionalism

Maintaining accurate information within Salesforce CRM

Providing outstanding customer service and relationship management

Smashing daily, weekly and monthly KPIs in a high performing team environment To Be Successful You:

Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Commerce, Accounting or similar)

Must have full Australian working rights





Previous sales, customer service, call centre or financial services experience highly regarded

Have strong communication and relationship building skills

Bring positive energy, resilience and a genuine desire to succeed

Are commercially minded and enjoy problem solving

Thrive in a target driven, fast paced environment

Have strong attention to detail and accountability

Are eager to learn and build a long-term career within financial services
