- $28.31 base hourly pay rate + penalty rates (including on weekends, public holidays, and late nights).

Additional Information:
- We currently have one (1) Permanent Part-time position available, 40 hours per fortnight.
- Applications close Wednesday 12 August 2026
- As our store operates seven days per week, you must be available to work a rotating roster, including a mix of day and evening shifts. You must also be available to work three out of four weekends per month (both Saturday and Sunday).

- Engage and assist customers to understand their needs and provide expert knowledge about IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions.
- Actively participate in selling activities with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised sales area, ensuring products are priced correctly and fully stocked.
- Build strong relationships within your team and across departments to promote collaboration and an inclusive work environment.
- Assembling displays for the introduction of new products.

- An authentic approach in generating sales, whilst maintaining a professional, self-motivated attitude towards meeting sales targets and KPIs.

- Proficient computer skills and an ability to learn about all technical aspects of the IKEA product range and tools.
- A safe mindset and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling including repetitive movements and lifting.
