Casual Sales Consultant | Armadale Outlet

We are seeking an engaging, service-minded individual who is driven to achieve results and provide exceptional customer experiences. While this role is primarily based at our Armadale Outlet, flexibility to work across our Melbourne store network is essential to support business needs.

You will work as part of our Vita Business Area at Fiskars Group. This business area is home to our premium indoor brands including Waterford, Wedgwood, Iittala, Royal Doulton and Royal Albert.

- Be a Brand Ambassador for our iconic luxury brands.
- Work within a premium retail environment.
- Casual position with flexibility to work across Melbourne locations.

This role offers a balance of customer-facing sales and operational responsibilities. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to stock management, including receiving deliveries, unpacking stock, replenishing the shop floor, maintaining stockroom organisation, and supporting inventory processes to ensure our stores operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Deliver and maintain our high customer service standards.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards through your attention to detail.
- Receive, unpack, process and replenish stock efficiently.
- Maintain an organised and well-presented stockroom.
- Analyse,



organise and manage stock to maximise sales opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the wider retail team while also being confident working independently.
- Demonstrate genuine passion and enthusiasm for our brands.
- Be flexible to work across all Melbourne store locations as required.
- Be available to work weekends, public holidays and additional hours during peak trading periods.

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience with a strong customer service focus.
- Experience in luxury retail is advantageous but not essential.
- Solid customer relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in communicating product knowledge.
- Experience using POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to assist with physical stock handling, including unpacking deliveries and moving stock.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible availability and willingness to travel between Melbourne store locations when required.
