About the Role

Based in Oakleigh and reporting to the Sales Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-performing sales environment.

Your focus will be simple: turn enquiries into sales and deliver a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include

- Engaging customers with confidence, energy, and professionalism

- Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle

- Guiding customers through the full sales process, including finance options





- Managing leads effectively and following up to maximise conversions

- Building relationships that drive repeat business and referrals

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Naturally driven, motivated, and hungry to succeed

- Confident in speaking with customers and building rapport quickly

- Passionate about cars and/or sales (experience is a bonus, not essential)

- Results-focused, with a solid work ethic
- A team player who brings positive energy to the workplace
