Warm Leads Provided

$35,000 Base + Super + Commission (60K+ OTE)

You'll be working from our Alexandria Display Centre, helping customers who are looking for a new timber studio. Some customers will walk through the door. Others will enquire online or download a brochure. Our marketing team brings the leads in.

Your job is to look after those customers, build trust, follow them up and help them make the right decision.

What you'll be doing

- Welcome customers into the Display Centre.
- Understand what they're trying to achieve and recommend the right solution.
- Follow up website enquiries, brochure downloads and customer quotes.
- Keep your pipeline organised so every customer is looked after.
- Prepare quotes and answer customer questions.
- Build relationships that lead to sales.
- Work with the wider team to give every customer a great experience.





What we're looking for We're more interested in attitude than a perfect resume. The right person will:

- Enjoy talking to people.
- Like asking for the sale.
- Follow people up instead of waiting for them to call back.
- Take ownership of their work.
- Be organised.
- Want to earn commission by performing well.

Sales experience is preferred, but it's not essential. We'd rather hire someone who's hungry to win than someone who thinks they know everything already.

Hours

Sydney Display Centre

Thursday and Friday: 10.00am – 4.00pm

Saturday: 9.00am – 3.00pm
