Working directly alongside our Sales & Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in driving new business growth through targeted sales and marketing campaigns while learning the skills needed to become a successful sales professional.

About the Role

Your primary focus will be generating new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients and booking qualified appointments for our Sales Manager.

Unlike many sales roles, you'll be provided with detailed customer databases containing warm leads, allowing you to focus on building relationships rather than sourcing prospects from scratch. You'll work closely with our Sales & Marketing Manager on strategic marketing initiatives and targeted sales campaigns designed to generate quality business opportunities.

As your confidence and experience grow, you'll receive ongoing coaching and mentoring, with the opportunity to progress into managing your own client portfolio as an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling.
- Contact prospective customers from company-provided databases of warm leads.
- Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Book qualified appointments for the Sales Manager.
- Work alongside the Sales & Marketing Manager to execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns.




- Maintain accurate customer information within our CRM.
- Develop a strong pipeline of future business opportunities.

- Progress towards managing your own customer portfolio.

- The ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team.

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, appointment setting or business development will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
