Responsibilities - Deliver site sales targets by supporting and motivating staff to achieve performance goals.

- Provide appropriate training, education and performance monitoring for the sales team.
- Support marketing programs and educate sales staff on the marketing strategies.
- Follow and represent the Company in an ethical, moral and professional manner with adherence to industry and company best practices.
- Actively participate in management duties, training sessions, sales meetings and provide on-site support to sales employees.
- Show integrity, take responsibility and deliver on the promise by upholding business values and fostering teamwork.
- Lead coaching and performance management to build a high‑performing sales team.
- Recruit, develop, and retain staff while managing site finances.

Qualifications - Sound leadership ability, motivating and coaching staff.





- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills and capacity to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, driven and energised in a fast‑paced workplace.
- Passion for holidays and travel, and a team‑player mindset.
- Experience in timeshare or vacation ownership sales preferred.
