We are looking for a Sales Estimator who enjoys the detail of residential construction and can confidently work across plans, specifications, pricing and variations.

The role will involve

- Preparing sales estimates for residential homes
- Reviewing plans, drawings and supporting documentation
- Pricing variations and changes
- Working with sales, drafting and construction teams
- Maintaining accurate pricing and working to deadlines

We’d like to speak with people who have:

- Residential estimating experience
- Framework or similar estimating software experience
- Good Excel and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced residential environment

This could suit someone already working as a Sales Estimator, Production Estimator or similar who is looking for a stronger team, better systems or simply a fresh setting with a recognised builder.
