Lead the Future of Two Exciting Automotive Brands An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Geely and Honda Bunbury sales operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about developing people, driving performance and creating an outstanding customer experience.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will lead the daily operations of both sales departments while helping shape the future direction of the business.

This is not a desk-bound management position. We're looking for a leader who enjoys being on the showroom floor, coaching the team, engaging with customers and leading from the front.

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading, mentoring and developing the sales team to achieve outstanding results.
- Driving new vehicle sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Creating a high-performance culture built around accountability and teamwork.
- Coaching sales staff through every stage of the sales process.
- Managing enquiry conversion, lead follow-up and showroom performance.
- Working closely with Finance & Insurance, Service and Parts departments.
- Recruiting, training and developing future sales talent.
- Monitoring KPIs, reporting performance and implementing improvement strategies.
- Building lasting relationships with customers and the local community.




- Ensuring manufacturer standards and dealership processes are maintained.

About You You'll be an energetic leader who enjoys building successful teams and creating a positive dealership culture.

You'll ideally have

- Previous Automotive Sales Management experience.
- A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- High levels of energy, professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A customer-first mindset.
- Experience with CRM systems and dealership sales processes.
- A current unrestricted driver's license.
