What You'll Be Doing:

- Engage and Expand: Connect with existing clients and proactively seek new opportunities to grow our customer base.
- Tailored Solutions: Understand client needs and present customized solutions that deliver real value.




- Relationship Building: Foster robust, lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits to generate new business leads.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and deadlines.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights to inform strategy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

About You:

- Self-Starter: You're proactive, motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced: You have a proven track record in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Communicator: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are your forte.
- Organized: Strong time management and organizational capabilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to adapt to new technologies.
- Team Player: You work well independently and collaboratively, always open to feedback and growth.

Preferred Experience:

- Industry Knowledge:



Experience in the meat industry and/or retail sales is highly desirable.
- Educational Background: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
