About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Industries Architect (Comms Cloud/Vlocity) to lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions for telecommunications clients. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), Telecom domain, CPQ, Order Management, and OmniStudio, with the ability to lead technical design and mentor delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Industries (Comms Cloud) solution architecture and technical design.
- Design and implement solutions using OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards).
- Drive implementation of CPQ, Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), Order Management, and CLM.
- Lead Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs, and JavaScript.
- Manage integrations and legacy CRM migration to Salesforce Industries.
- Provide technical governance, mentor development teams,



and ensure best practices across delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10–12+ years of Salesforce CRM experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Industries (Comms Cloud/Vlocity) implementation experience.
- Strong Telecommunications industry experience.
- Expertise in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), CPQ, EPC, Order Management, and CLM.
- Hands-on experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Integration Procedures).
- Robust Salesforce development skills in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, XML/JSON.
- Experience with enterprise integrations and legacy system migrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Industries (Comms Cloud) Certification.
- Salesforce Application/System Architect certifications.
- Agile Certification (desirable).
