Services: Waxing (brows, body, female Brazilian), tinting, spray tanning, makeup.

The Role

You'll run the Helensvale salon day-to-day: you'll have real autonomy to lead, backed by proper support when you need it. This is the right move if you're:

- An experienced 2IC or Salon Manager elsewhere who wants more autonomy, better reward for results, and a brand that's actually going somewhere
- A Senior Beauty Therapist with the runs on the board and the leadership instinct, ready for your first management role

Pay & Hours

- Employment type: Casual, full-time hours and option to convert to F/T after 6mths
- Casual rates: $39.56/hr Mon–Fri, $49.28/hr Sat, $69.01/hr Sun
- Plus up to an extra $4/hr in performance-based bonus loading
- Plus up to an extra $600/month in bonus incentives
- A permanent role can be made available after a qualifying period, if preferred
- 38 hours/week available
- Location: Westfield Helensvale Shopping Centre, Helensvale

What You'll Bring

- Certificate III (or higher) in Beauty Therapy
- Experience as a Salon Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Beauty Therapist
- A genuine standard for client experience, and the leadership presence to hold your team to it

- Leading, coaching, and developing your team day to day
- Rostering, stock, salon flow, and standards
- Client experience and protecting the WAXD standard
- Hitting and exceeding performance targets
