Randstad Australia in Darwin is seeking a dedicated mentor to support First Nations participants in the REAL program as they transition from incarceration back into the community. You will deliver strengths-based case management across pre-release, on-release, and post-release stages, and tailor Individual Action Plans to each participant’s goals.

You will coordinate referrals for health, housing, legal, education and employment services, build trust with participants, Elders and staff, and
