As part of the expanding NWG ADAS & Windscreens Group, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Alice Springs branch.

About the Role

As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch while leading a small team to deliver outstanding customer service and strong business performance.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll be responsible for managing branch operations, developing staff, building customer relationships, and driving sales and profitability. You’ll receive ongoing support from senior management and work within well-established systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the daily operations of the branch
- Deliver exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person
- Drive sales growth across trade, retail, fleet, and insurance customers
- Monitor branch profitability, budgets, and operational performance
- Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team
- Manage staff rosters, workflow, and performance
- Oversee stock control, inventory management, and purchasing
- Perform basic automotive glass fitting and repairs when required
- Maintain Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) standards and compliance




- Build long-term relationships with customers and local businesses
- Ensure accurate administration, invoicing, and documentation

About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys leading people, takes ownership of outcomes, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Workshop Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, or similar leadership role
- Experience within the automotive, autoglass, trade, retail, mechanical, or service industry
- Autoglazing or automotive glass experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and profitability
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership
- Good computer and administrative skills
- A current driver's licence
