About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded and highly analytical Senior Merchandise Planner to join our Product team.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll play a key role in balancing brand vision with commercial performance. You’ll lead sales, stock, intake, margin and OTB planning, providing transparent insights and recommendations that help drive profitable growth across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Own seasonal, monthly and weekly sales, stock, intake, margin and OTB plans
- Develop demand forecasts using historical performance, trends, campaigns and market insights
- Analyse trading performance and identify key risks and opportunities
- Manage inventory levels, sell-through, stock cover,



replenishment and markdown recommendations
- Provide range planning insights across categories, options, pricing, colours, fabrics and SKUs
- Analyse size performance and recommend size curves, size ratios and buy quantities to improve availability and minimise excess stock
- Partner with Merchandising, Design, Marketing, Retail, eCommerce and Finance
- Support post-season and campaign reviews to improve future planning
- Improve planning tools, reporting and forecasting processes
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing planning function

About you

- Proven experience in merchandise, demand, retail or inventory planning
- Strong understanding of sales, margin, stock, intake, sell-through, cover, markdowns and replenishment
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Highly analytical, commercially minded and detail-oriented
- Confident turning data into clear recommendations and actions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
