We deliver operational due diligence (including technology, operational, and financial), deal management, and value‑creation advice and support. We advise our clients early to navigate transaction risk and increase value, from deal inception to execution, and then drive toward longer‑term transformation.

We cover a wide range of technology aspects in a transaction, including IT, software and data due diligence, separation or integration analysis, value creation, synergy assessments and support for the integration or separation process from a technology workstream perspective. Your Key Responsibilities

- Manage the delivery of operational due diligence, post‑merger integrations and separation/carve‑out engagements, reporting to a Senior Manager, Director, or Partner.
- Analyse and evaluate operating models and financial information.
- Apply your project management skills in an M&A; process and develop a project plan for pre‑deal, integration or separation.
- Identify and support mitigation of key risks and issues clients face as part of an integration or separation program.
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the client organisation and facilitate senior stakeholder conversations.
- Develop effective client relationships at the appropriate level and be responsible for a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products.
- Develop client deliverables in a fast‑paced environment and conduct presentations to clients.

Skills and Attributes for Success

We value diversity of background, skills and experience and are on the lookout for individuals with:

- Minimum 3‑5 years of transaction experience in a reputable consulting firm, investment bank or corporate development team.
- Experience working with financial institutions such as insurers, wealth and asset managers, and banks.
- Advanced problem‑solving skills, curiosity and creative thinking.
- Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high‑quality reports and presentations.




- Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
