Truflow Group are seeking an organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to support the existing team manage and complete service-job process for our industrial spray booth maintenance division in Victoria. The division is growing through the dedicated work of our team and we would like to add another person into the division to help support further growth into 2026 and beyond.

You will be responsible for speaking with customers, preparing service and repair quotations, scheduling technicians, coordinating job requirements and ensuring completed work is accurately processed for invoicing.

You will receive training and support by our existing team to help transition your existing skills into the Truflow business.

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Respond to customer service and maintenance enquiries.
- Prepare quotations for servicing, repairs and replacement parts.
- Schedule and coordinate field service technicians.
- Communicate job requirements, site details and customer expectations.
- Review technician timesheets, service reports, materials and travel charges.




- Ensure all job billables are accurately entered into the system.
- Follow up outstanding purchase orders and customer approvals.
- Close completed jobs and submit the required documentation to accounts for invoicing.
- Maintain accurate customer, asset and service records.

About You

The successful applicant will have experience in service coordination, field-service administration, maintenance scheduling, automotive service advising or a similar technical service environment.

You will be confident communicating with customers, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple jobs and priorities. Experience with industrial maintenance, HVAC, refrigeration, fire services, electrical services, machinery servicing or commercial equipment would be highly regarded.
