Years of Experience : 7-12 Yrs

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 support for network incidents, problem management, and root cause analysis
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wireless, and SD-WAN networks across enterprise environments
- Configure and manage Cisco & Meraki switches, Palo Alto firewalls, and F5 load balancers
- Perform network upgrades, patching, and firmware lifecycle management
- Ensure network monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization
- Implement network security, compliance, and hardening standards
- Support SD-WAN and network transformation initiatives
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and configuration backups
- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

- Cisco Routing & Switching (L2/L3, BGP, OSPF)
- HPE Aruba (L2/L3)
- Cisco Meraki (Switching, Wireless, Dashboard)
- F5 Load Balancer (LTM, DNS/GTM, SSL Offloading)
- SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela or equivalent)
- Strong troubleshooting & RCA skills

Technical Skills (Good-to-Have)

- Monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Meraki Dashboard)
- Automation (Python/Ansible)
- ITSM tools (ServiceNow)

Experience & Qualifications

- 10+ years in enterprise network engineering / operations
- Experience in multi-vendor environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder communication and escalation handling
- Ability to manage high-severity incidents in 24x7 environments
- Strong documentation and governance discipline
