Life Without Barriers in Australia is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist two men in shared housing, with active support, behaviour support, and daily living tasks. The role is permanent part time within our SIL team based in Kogarah Bay.

You will work a 24/7 roster with specific shifts, focusing on person-centred plans, activities, and promoting choice and independence for the clients we support.
