About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified HSE Advisor to join our Nhulunbuy operations.

Reporting to the HSE Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the health, safety, and environmental performance of our operations. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, building, and civil personnel, you will provide expert guidance, ensure compliance, conduct auditing activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing HSE support and advice to operational teams
- Conducting workplace inspections, audits, and compliance assessments
- Leading incident investigations and corrective action processes
- Assisting with risk management activities and hazard identification
- Maintaining accurate HSE records and reporting requirements

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hand-on operational environment and enjoys building strong relationships across all levels of the workforce.

About You





- You are a proactive and influential safety professional with a genuine passion for creating safer workplaces. You bring proven experience in field-based safety coaching and can effectively support teams to achieve and maintain high safety standards.
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent)
- Willingness to undergo onboarding requirements and Police Checks
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, compliance requirements, and risk management principles
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Experience within mining, construction, maintenance, or industrial environments
