About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Logistics Sales Manager to join our team in Chipping Norton. In this dynamic role, you will lead the business development charge—identifying new growth opportunities across international and domestic transport while delivering tailored supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities
New Business Development & Sales Strategy
- Target Acquisition: Proactively prospect, identify, and qualify new B2B sales leads, targeting e-commerce sellers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
- Solution Selling: Consult with prospective clients to understand their supply chain needs and present customized logistics solutions (incorporating international freight forwarding, air/sea freight, domestic transport, and warehousing).
- Deal Closure: Prepare accurate quotations, formal proposals, and tailored service agreements. Drive contract negotiations through to successful execution.
Account Management & Service Delivery
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong,
long-term relationships with existing corporate accounts to maximize client satisfaction, trust, and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high execution standards.
- Customer Retention: Upsell and cross-sell additional value-added services to expand existing account revenue.
- Market Insights: Gather, analyze, and report on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to inform commercial strategy.
- Sales Planning: Contribute actionable insights to support overall business forecasting, territory planning, and product positioning.
Requirements & Qualifications
Language & Communication
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential to effectively engage with global vendors, international logistics partners, and regional e-commerce clients.
Work Rights
- Australian Work Rights: Must hold full Australian working rights
Experience & Skills
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development within freight forwarding, third-party logistics (3PL), or supply chain solutions.
- Strong network and understanding of the local e-commerce and corporate logistics sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to team goals.
