SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP Administrator Contract Opportunity

6-Month Initial Contract + 6-Month Extension We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Administrator to join a major enterprise environment supporting critical HR and payroll operations.

This role will suit a hands-on SAP professional with strong troubleshooting capabilities across Employee Central, Payroll, integrations, and system configuration.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Central (EC) Support

- Troubleshoot issues relating to employee data, workflows, approvals, business rules and system validations.
- Support and maintain foundation objects including company structures, pay components and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and replication issues.
- Support Position Management and organisational structure requirements.

Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Support

- Troubleshoot payroll processing issues including schemas, PCRs and wage types.
- Analyse payroll logs and resolve payroll calculation errors.
- Support retroactive calculations and off-cycle payroll processing.
- Investigate and resolve EC to ECP replication issues and master data inconsistencies.
- Ensure payroll compliance, accuracy and timely payroll outcomes.

Integration & Data Management

- Monitor integrations between EC and ECP using CPI, DRF and middleware technologies.
- Troubleshoot interface failures and data replication errors.




- Maintain data integrity across HR and payroll systems.

Configuration & Change Support

- Support configuration updates across EC and ECP including workflows, business rules and payroll configuration.
- Assist with transport management and post-deployment validation activities.
- Participate in SIT and UAT testing cycles.

About You

- Strong experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Strong experience supporting SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Proven experience troubleshooting payroll processing and replication issues
- Experience with EC/ECP integrations and middleware environments
- Exposure to SAP configuration changes, testing and deployment activities

Experience with UKG Workforce Management is highly regarded What's on Offer?
