The Modular Study Group (MSG) is a hybrid education programme that combines the strengths of homeschooling, online learning and classroom teaching for the children of missionaries. Students attend intensive classroom instruction during monthly modules and continue their studies independently between sessions. MGS in South Asia is seeking a School Administrator to support the daily operation and continued development of the programme.

The campus was established in 2023 and serves missionary families seeking quality Christian education for their children.

The School

Administrator will play an important role in ensuring that the programme runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities may include coordinating schedules, maintaining records, liaising with parents and staff, assisting with student administration, and supporting the practical organisation of school activities. Working closely with teachers, students and missionary families, you will help create an organised and effective learning environment that enables students to flourish academically,



socially and spiritually. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, organisation and serving behind the scenes in support of missionary education.

Requirements - A committed Christian with a heart for missionary education.

- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage schedules, records and general correspondence.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
- Experience in administration, education, project coordination or office management is desirable.
- A servant-hearted attitude and willingness to support missionary families.
- Previous cross-cultural experience is helpful but not essential.
