We are currently seeking a Diploma qualified Senior Educator to join our Preschool Room at SDN Milperra on a permanent part time basis, working 16 hours per week on Thursdays and Fridays, with an immediate start available.

About the role As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role within the Toddler Room, working collaboratively with the room team to deliver high-quality, inclusive early learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and contribute to practices that meet the National Quality Standards (NQS). Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families.

Support children's learning through play-based, child-led experiences.

Assist with observations, documentation, and reflection on children's learning and development.

Help create safe, engaging environments that support routines, transitions, and wellbeing.

Contribute positively to a supportive, inclusive team culture and continuous improvement.

About

You

You will bring: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Experience working as an Educator in an early childhood setting (Preschool experience preferred).

A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

The ability to support and mentor educators within a team environment.

A genuine commitment to inclusive, child-centred practice.

A current NSW Working with Children Check.

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain). What is on offer Above award pay and conditions.
