About the role:

Marion offers full table service in a relaxed yet refined setting, inspired by the excellent wine bars of the world. As a Section Waiter, you'll lead the guest experience — sharing the best from our kitchen, bar, and cellar with confidence and care.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide attentive, personalised service from first guest contact to goodbye

- Take and communicate orders accurately and promptly

- Advise guests on wine & beverage pairings; share your knowledge with confidence

- Assist with maintaining section cleanliness, table settings, and presentation

- Coordinate with kitchen & bar to ensure food & drinks are delivered in the correct order and timing

- Handle guest enquiries, feedback or complaints with grace and professionalism

- Support opening/closing duties including sidework (restocking, cleaning, etc.)

- Uphold our high standards of service, appearance, and hospitality

What we're looking for:

- Prior experience working as a section waiter or in a similar front-of-house service role in restaurants or wine bars

- Strong knowledge of food & wine

- Polished presentation,



excellent communication skills, and genuine warmth

- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure
- A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
