We are currently seeking a professional, customer-focused Security Officer to join our team in Bendigo in a permanent Monday to Friday Concierge role. About the Role

As the first point of contact for our client, you will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure setting.

Your responsibilities will include

- Welcoming visitors, contractors and staff
- Managing access control and visitor sign-in processes




- Monitoring CCTV, alarms and security systems
- Conducting regular patrols and security checks
- Responding to incidents and emergencies
- Providing professional customer service and information
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with the client and emergency services when required

About You To be successful you will possess:

- Current Victorian Security Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and customer service focus
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- High attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Visa Holders encouraged to apply.
- Current Victorian Driver Licence (desirable)
