We are currently seeking qualified, motivated Full-Time Mobile Patrol and CCTV Operator Security Officers to join our established on-site campus security team.

About the Role

- Mobile Patrol Officers (Full Time)
- Rotating roster across day and night shifts
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

- CCTV Operator (Full Time)

- Rotating roster (day and afternoon shifts only – no overnight shifts)
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining a safe, welcoming campus environment through proactive patrols and professional engagement
- Conducting regular mobile patrols across a large, high-profile campus
- Identifying and reporting risks, hazards, and security breaches
- Responding to incidents with professionalism and sound judgement
- Completing accurate incident and activity reports
- Liaising confidently with students, staff, visitors, and stakeholders

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current NSW Security Licence (mandatory)




- Current Senior First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
- NSW Driver’s Licence
- Previous mobile patrol or campus security experience (highly regarded)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A professional, well-presented approach
- A team-focused attitude with the ability to work autonomously
- Security experience in Campus/Educational, Retail or Commercial environments
- CCTV experience (for CCTV Operators only)
