EGroup Protective Services Group Pty Ltd is seeking motivated and experienced Corporate & Retail Security Officers to join our teams in Brisbane QLD. These roles, provide security services to our valued clients at premium locations and as a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in protecting the safety and assets of our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Administrate security systems in terms of CCTV, Access Control and integrated Alarm platforms. (Controller)
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to any security incidents or alarms (Controller)
- Provide a visible security presence to deter and prevent criminal activity (Rover)
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises and surrounding areas (Rover)
- Assist customers and clients as required, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain detailed records and logs of security-related activities
- Respond to and report on any security breaches or emergencies
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role
- Security background
- Knowledge of Fire Control Panel and Access Control systems
- An understanding of WH&S; and the ability to identify & manage risks
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Vigilance, proactive and situational awareness
- Intermediate level with Microsoft suite of products including outlook, word and excel desirable
- Ability to be able to communicate with multiple stakeholders across various backgrounds
