This is not your standard security installer role. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in technology, automation and building a long-term career in integrated smart systems.
The Role
We are looking for a security technician to join our close-knit team.
You will work across a variety of high-end projects involving:
- CCTV & alarm systems
- Access control
- Networking & WiFi systems
- Audio visual systems
- Smart home & automation systems
- Integrated technology solutions
You do not need to know everything already — we are willing to train the right person.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Technically minded
- Reliable and punctual
- Well presented
- A strong communicator
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Able to show initiative and problem solve
- Interested in long-term career growth
Experience or interest in any of the following is highly regarded:
- Dahua/ Hikvision
- Integritti
- Paradox/ Bosch
- Security systems
- Networking
- AV systems
- IT or technology systems
Requirements
- Current Australian driver licence
- Permanent Australian working rights
- Must currently live within 30 minutes of the Mornington Peninsula
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Genuine interest in technology and automation
Salary & Benefits
- Salary package between $90K–$125K depending on experience
- Company vehicle provided
- Fuel card and E-Tag supplied

- Ongoing training and upskilling
- Opportunity for the right candidate to complete a mature-age electrical apprenticeship and become a licensed electrician
