Semiconductor Material Science Expert (AI Training) About The Role What if your deep expertise in semiconductor materials or molecular modeling could directly shape how AI reasons about the physical world? We're looking for Material Science specialists — Masters and PhD holders — to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models on advanced scientific problems. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for researchers and domain experts who want to do meaningful, high-impact work on their own schedule.

No prior AI experience needed — just rigorous scientific knowledge and a sharp eye for quality.

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Develop, solve, and critically review advanced material science problems with real-world scientific relevance

Apply your expertise in semiconductor materials, molecular modeling, or related domains to design complex, rigorous problem statements

Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to strengthen AI model reasoning

Evaluate AI-generated scientific content for accuracy, depth, and methodological soundness

Ensure scientific rigor, clarity, and precision across all deliverables





Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule Who You Are Master's or PhD in Material Science or a closely related field

Deep expertise in semiconductor materials, molecular modeling, or adjacent specializations

Comfortable coding in Python or MATLAB for research or technical applications

Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic, rigorous approach to scientific problems

Strong written communicator — you can explain complex concepts clearly and precisely

Fluent in English Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows

Background in computational materials science, thin films, nanomaterials, or device physics

Experience reviewing or grading advanced scientific work
