Fitness First Bond Street is looking for an energetic and driven Membership Manager to lead our Member Support Consultant team and play a key role in one of Sydney's premier fitness clubs.

The Opportunity

As our Membership Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a dynamic team of Member Support Consultants, creating an environment where members receive an outstanding experience from their very first interaction.

This role is the perfect blend of leadership, sales and customer service. You'll coach your team to achieve ambitious sales and retention targets while creating a culture built on accountability, development and energy.

You'll work closely with the Club Manager to drive club performance, develop future leaders and ensure every member receives a premium Fitness First experience.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, coach and inspire a team of Member Support Consultants.
- Drive membership growth through new member acquisition and retention.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the member journey.
- Monitor sales performance and coach your team to exceed KPIs.
- Recruit, onboard and develop future sales talent.
- Lead from the front by building relationships with prospective and existing members.
- Ensure reception and front-of-house operations consistently reflect our premium brand.




- Collaborate with the wider leadership team to deliver outstanding club performance.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings energy, leadership and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous experience leading a sales or customer service team.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence using CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).
