We are seeking an experienced Data Delivery Lead to lead the delivery of a large-scale program within a complex financial services environment.

This is a high-priority contract opportunity suited to a senior delivery professional who can operate with minimal supervision, manage executive stakeholders and maintain strong governance across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data and technology initiatives.
- Establish and maintain effective program governance, reporting and delivery controls.
- Manage senior stakeholders across business, technology and executive leadership teams.
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies and issues, and communicate them appropriately to different stakeholder audiences.
- Prepare executive-level reporting, steering committee updates and decision papers.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure delivery remains aligned with strategic objectives.
- Drive outcomes across complex environments with limited supervision.




- Support delivery planning and execution in accordance with SAFe principles.
- Current Protected certification.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale programs or delivery initiatives.
- Strong consulting experience and/or significant experience within a large financial services organisation.
- Deep understanding of governance frameworks, program controls and executive reporting.
- Highly developed stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to appropriately position complex issues for technical, business and executive audiences.
- Proven ability to operate independently and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
- Candidates must currently be based in Melbourne or Sydney.
