Our client is a global, market-leading consumer ecommerce business known for its innovative products, data-driven culture, and bold, progressive brand identity. With a large international team across multiple global offices, they're a company that thrives on doing things differently.

They're now looking for a Senior Ecommerce Growth Manager (APAC) to play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance across the region. Partnering closely with the Market Lead, you'll help deliver market P&L; performance through ownership of commercial planning, marketing investment, forecasting and growth initiatives, while shaping the region's commercial strategy and priorities.

The role

- Support market P&L; performance through budgeting, investment allocation, forecasting and commercial planning, in close partnership with the Market Lead.
- Contribute to the development and execution of market-specific commercial strategy, identifying high-impact growth opportunities and recommending priorities.
- Monitor daily trading performance, spot commercial risks and opportunities,



and work with the Trading Manager and wider teams to optimise results.
- Ensure Performance Marketing and Onsite Trading are aligned to commercial priorities, and challenge execution where needed.
- Build robust relationships with global execution teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders to hit market objectives.

About you

- 5+ years in ecommerce, digital trading, or commercial management.
- Proven experience owning a commercial number - budgeting, forecasting, and delivering against plan.
- Solid grasp of ecommerce levers: conversion, AOV, traffic, channel mix, promotions, and margin management.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Onsite/Trading, and Analytics teams.
- Analytically strong, with the ability to interrogate forecasts and dashboards to inform decisions.
- A clear, confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and defending commercial positions.
- Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
