About the role:

- Working in a busy cardiothoracic and general ICU
- Includes looking after post operative cardiothoracic and general surgical patients, as well as patients with complex medical conditions, inclusive of dialysis, ventilation and non-invasive ventilation.
- Work in a fast-paced environment

About you:

- Current South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Minimum of 3 years Nursing Experience in High Acuity Surgical or Critical Care
- Demonstrated understanding of National Safety and Quality Service Standards
- Staff will be required to provide proof of immunity / vaccination to specified infectious diseases
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead by example, demonstrating the professionalism and culture of Ashford Hospital

- If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the “Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance (ACHA) & Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) South Australian Branch – Nurses’ & Midwives – Enterprise Agreement – 2024 (‘Agreement’ or ‘Enterprise Agreement’)” (salaries range between $43.86-$54.90 per hour).
