We are seeking 2 x Automation Testers to join our team that are delivering a large scale digital transformation and application modernisation initiatives.
About the Role
As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of business‑critical applications. You'll work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and API testing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Identify, log, track, and manage defects through to resolution
- Analyse test results and provide clear reporting on quality, risks, and coverage
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation practices
Skills & Experience
We're interested in candidates with experience in some or all of the following:
- Baseline Clearance or Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain Baseline Clearance
- 1-5 years of test automation testing experience (Junior & Mid Level)
- C# and .NET environments
- API testing and automation tools
- Microsoft Visual Studio
- Test planning, execution, and reporting
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar enterprise platforms (highly regarded)
About You
- Baseline Clearanced or an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain Baseline Clearance
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Passion for quality assurance and automation best practices
- Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, changing project environment
- Team‑oriented with a proactive approach to delivery
