We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Accounts Officer to join our Finance team. Reporting directly to the Group Accountant, you will play a key role in managing payroll, financial administration, reconciliations and day-to-day accounting functions while supporting the smooth operation of our finance department.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Payroll Excellence – End-to-end processing, reporting, compliance
- Financial Accuracy – BAS, reconciliations, asset register
- Accounts Management – Payables, receivables, general ledger
- Team Support – Administration and team-oriented problem-solving





What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a Senior Accounts Officer, Payroll Officer or similar finance role
- Solid understanding of payroll legislation and Australian employment Awards
- Strong experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger reconciliations
- Experience preparing month-end financial reconciliations
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team
