Role Description The Senior Architect and Architect roles are full-time, on-site positions based in the Greater Perth Area. These roles are responsible for leading and contributing to the design, documentation, and delivery of architectural projects, from concept through construction. Day-to-day work includes developing design solutions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, preparing drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout all project stages.

The positions involve regular engagement with clients and stakeholders,



participation in design reviews, and contribution to project planning, program, and resource allocation.

Senior

Architects will additionally mentor team members, support design leadership, and help drive innovation in design processes and project typologies.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in architectural design and documentation, including concept development, detailed design, and construction phase services.

Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite) and robust digital modeling and visualization skills.

Solid understanding of building codes, planning regulations, and best practices in sustainable and environmentally responsive design.

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present and articulate design ideas clearly to clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, with proven ability to coordinate consultants and oversee quality control.

For Senior Architect roles, demonstrated leadership in guiding teams, mentoring emerging practitioners, and contributing to studio culture and design excellence.

Accredited degree in Architecture and eligibility for, or registration with, the relevant architectural registration board in Australia.

Experience working on complex or large-scale projects, particularly within urban, public, cultural, or mixed-use sectors, is highly regarded.
