About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Architectural Graduate or Registered Architect with approximately 2–6 years' experience to join our Sydney studio.

This is an opportunity for someone looking to become the second-in-charge on significant projects, working closely with our Directors and Project Leaders while developing the skills, confidence and experience to lead projects in their own right.

We're looking for someone who is highly capable, design-focused and ambitious. Someone who enjoys developing ideas, communicating design through compelling graphics, storyboards and presentations, and who wants to play an active role in shaping projects from concept through to delivery.

Architectural registration is highly regarded but not essential. We are equally interested in talented Senior Architectural Graduates who are ready to take the next step in their career.

While experience in multi-residential projects is highly regarded, we are also interested in exceptional designers from other sectors who are eager to broaden their experience.

In this Role, You Will

- Work closely with Directors and Project Leaders across significant architectural projects.
- Act as the second-in-charge on projects, taking increasing responsibility for design, coordination and delivery.
- Develop and communicate strong design ideas through high-quality graphics, storyboards, presentations and reports.
- Prepare client presentations, design review material, planning submissions and project documentation.
- Contribute to projects across all stages, from concept design through to construction.
- Coordinate consultants and assist in managing project programmes and deliverables.




- Help maintain design quality and project vision throughout the design and delivery process.
- Mentor and support junior team members within the studio.
- Continue developing the skills and experience required to progress into a Project Leader role.

About You You are a talented Senior Architectural Graduate or Registered Architect who combines strong design ability with excellent communication skills.

You are organised, proactive and enjoy taking ownership of your work. You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy solving complex problems and are looking for an opportunity to accelerate your career within a design-led practice.

You'll ideally have

- A Master's degree in Architecture.
- Approximately 2–6 years' post-graduate experience.
- Architectural registration is an advantage, but not essential.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design thinking and architectural communication.
- Outstanding graphic communication and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience preparing compelling presentations, storyboards and design reports.
- Strong Revit proficiency and experience working within BIM environments.
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-residential experience is desirable, but not essential.
- A collaborative attitude,
