ABOUT THE POSITION This position is ideal for an autonomous and driven Associate/ Senior Associate to independently manage the design and delivery of exciting projects across a range of typologies. You will be supported in your role and enjoy a high degree of collaboration and balance between design and delivery, and will lead a capable, experienced and passionate team. This role will focus on the design side of the process, with close client consultation and design development.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordination of design from concept to delivery





- Internal team management and business development
- Work across multiple projects at different stages
- Close Client interaction and site visits
- Manage juniors and internal documentation teams SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - Autonomous leadership and management of projects from concept to delivery is a must
- Design leadership and innovative thinking to overcome problems and offer solutions
- Demonstrated conceptual design skills
- Revit proficient, with extensive in-studio experience
