What you’ll be doing ?
- Lead structural design and analysis across high-rise, mixed-use, residential, retail and commercial developments.
- Take ownership of projects from concept design through to documentation and construction phase support.
- Coordinate directly with architects, developers, builders and other consultants to deliver practical, buildable outcomes.
- Review calculations, drawings and technical reports with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
- Help drive solid technical delivery across a varied and design-focused project portfolio.
What we’re looking for ✅
- Degree-qualified Structural or Civil Engineer.
- Strong experience in the Australian buildings market.
- Background operating at Senior or Associate level.
- Experience designing in reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, timber and masonry.
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards and NCC.
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage clients and project stakeholders.
- Chartered or working towards chartership will be highly regarded.
Software experience ?
- Strong capability in ETABS, SpaceGass, SAFE and/or RAM for structural analysis and design.
- Experience across BIM-led project delivery.
- Comfortable working in design environments with a strong focus on coordination and project efficiency.
