We're looking for an exceptional Senior Associate to help shape the future of our Family Law practice.
This opportunity is suited to an experienced lawyer who has built a strong reputation, enjoys developing referral relationships, and is ready to take the next step towards partnership. If you have an established client following or the ability to consistently generate new work, we'd love to speak with you.
About the Role A Senior Family Lawyer experienced in running all aspects of family law matters from the initial client contact through to settlement with high quality. Experience in Wills & Estates is also desirable.
About You
- 6 years' PAE (or equivalent experience)
- Strong technical family law expertise
- Excellent advocacy, negotiation and drafting skills
- Commercially minded with a proven ability to build and grow a practice
- An established client following,
with the ability to transition your clients and referral relationships to Tonkin Legal Group
- A robust referral network and demonstrated success in generating new business
- Leadership experience and a genuine interest in mentoring junior lawyers
- Accredited Specialist status is highly regarded but not essential
