Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across cards transformation programs, including migrations, system upgrades, divestitures, and scheme compliance initiatives.

- Partner with product owners, technology teams, and scheme representatives (Visa/Mastercard) to translate business requirements into explicit, actionable functional and non-functional specifications.

- Analyze current-state processes across retail and commercial card products, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

- Provide subject matter expertise on cards platforms (VisionPLUS, BASE Global/P1C, MAPS) to support system upgrades, integrations, and platform migrations.

- Support mobile wallet integration initiatives (Google Pay, Apple Pay), ensuring requirements align with scheme and platform standards.

- Contribute to risk transformation and regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring solutions meet audit, risk, and compliance obligations.

- Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and stakeholder reviews across global, cross-functional teams.

- Own and maintain requirements documentation, traceability matrices, process maps, and test scenarios throughout the delivery lifecycle.

- Work within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks — managing backlogs, writing user stories/acceptance criteria, and supporting sprint ceremonies.

- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, escalating appropriately to maintain program quality and delivery timelines.





- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior BAs and support cross-team coordination on large, multi-workstream programs.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Cards/Payments domain.

- Strong understanding of Credit Card systems and processes across retail and commercial cards.

- Proven experience delivering complex, flagship programs such as:
- Cards Migration / Transformation

- System Upgrades

- Divestitures

- Scheme Compliance (Visa/Mastercard)

- Hands-on experience with cards platforms:

- VisionPLUS

- BASE Global (P1C)

- MAPS

- Experience with mobile wallet integrations (Google Pay / Apple Pay).

- Strong exposure to risk transformation and regulatory initiatives.

- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills across global teams.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.

- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and risk mitigation.

Preferred Attributes

- Experience operating within regulated banking or financial services environments.

- Familiarity with scheme mandates, PCI-DSS, and card network compliance frameworks.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and technical teams alike.

- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/PMI-PBA) or Agile (CSPO/PSPO) is an advantage.
