Border Express is looking for a seasoned and experienced Senior Transport Business Development Manager to join our state sales team based in Wetherill Park and help shape the next phase of our growth story.

Location: Wetherill Park, NSW

What you’ll do:

- Identify and secure new business opportunities across our clearly defined target markets

- Build relationships with key internal and customer decision-makers and present value-driven solutions

- Hit (and exceed!) your revenue and profit targets – You will be provided with industry best tools to support and enhance your success

- Seamlessly onboard your current clients, that will be transitioned over to our Account Management team – So you can focus on making more sales

- Maintain your CRM and pipeline

- Collaborate with your internal stakeholders such as our operations team to deliver excellence

What we’re looking for:

- 2+ years of successful B2B solution-selling with the transport sector
- A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and convert

- Excellent communicator, negotiator, and influencer
- A self-starter who loves autonomy but thrives in a supportive high performing team
