We are currently recruiting for an exciting Senior Care Manager opportunity with a large and well-established not-for-profit aged care provider in Northern Sydney.

The Opportunity

As Senior Care Manager, you will work closely alongside the Facility Manager to drive clinical excellence and support the continued success of the home.

Reporting structure:

Facility Manager → Senior Care Manager → Care Managers & Clinical Care Team

You will be responsible for:

- Providing senior clinical leadership and guidance across the service
- Coaching and mentoring Care Managers and clinical teams
- Supporting best practice clinical standards and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promoting a positive and accountable care culture
- Driving quality outcomes and ensuring strong clinical governance

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

✔ Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration

✔ 5+ years’ experience as a Care Manager within Residential Aged Care

✔ Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance, and aged care standards

✔ Proven ability to mentor, coach, and influence clinical teams

✔ Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Previous Director of Nursing experience within Residential Aged Care is highly desirable, however experienced Senior Care Managers ready to take the next step in their career are encouraged to apply.
